Bathroom Renovation in Timberlea, Milton

Rough-in, fixture install, and code sign-off for bathroom renovations.

Timberlea is one of Milton's older subdivisions, with most homes dating to the 1970s and 1980s. The plumbing here is the most varied in town — original galvanised steel still exists in some homes, others have been partially repiped in copper, and a few have full PEX retrofits. Our experience with older Milton homes makes us a natural fit for Timberlea.

Bathroom Renovation for Timberlea homes

1970s–1980s detached homes, often with original cast-iron drains, mixed supply piping, and aging electric water heaters.

A bathroom renovation lives or dies on the plumbing rough-in. Get the drain heights wrong, miss a vent, set the toilet flange a quarter inch off, and the gorgeous tile work that follows will hide expensive problems. Stonegate Plumber Milton partners with general contractors and homeowners on bathroom renovations across Milton — from powder-room refreshes to full primary-ensuite gut jobs.
